Sun n Air Driving Range - Danvers Massachusetts

The Sun n Air Driving Range is one of the more impressive facilities in the New England Area.

Sun n Air boasts a 30 bay astro-turf hitting area, an 11 station grass tee area, a USGA approved putting green, chipping green with bunkers, a 3-hole par-3 loop, and a full service pro shop.

The 30 bay driving range stretches 300 yards and has roughly 10 target flags. The 11 bay grass tee area (only open to yearly members) is always well maintained. The practice green spreads out to 8,500 square feet and is fully lit for night use. The adjacent practice green for chipping is also well maintained and contains two bunkers for short game practice with shots of 50 yards and in.

The 3-hole par-3 loop was put in two years ago and plays from 120 yards to over 200 yards for the 3rd hole. Like the rest of the facility the par-3 course is well maintained.

Sun n Air offers instruction from 3 certified PGA instructors as well as a variety of camps and clinics throughout the year. Men, women, and juniors can all find a golf program for their age and ability. 21 clinics were offered during the 2004 season.

Sun n Air hosts a variety of manufacturer demo days during the year with the likes of Titleist, Ping, Taylor Made, and Cleveland. They also offer internal demo days each weekend where golfers can hit pro-shop clubs.

While the public is always welcome, Sun n Air offers a variety of yearly membership packages to their facility that allow for full use of all their facilities.

There is an ice cream stand that serves a variety of cooked food and drinks as well.
